Molly Sampson, CMP, HMCC Executive Vice President
With more than 16 years of Hospitality industry experience, Molly’s passion for quality travel and customer service led her to Down to the Details in 2014. Based out of Walnut Creek, California, Molly is originally from the Hawaiian Islands, where hospitality is second nature to its residents. She relies on talent and professional experience to best serve her clients.
Molly has extensive customer service knowledge, having worked for Fortune 500 companies as well as small not-for-profit foundations on projects that varied in size and scope. Her diverse experience working with internal and external clients allows her to understand the demands from the client’s and the hotel’s perspective. She has worked in all levels within the hospitality industry, including Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at a large convention center property. The bulk of her experience in the industry is as a Convention Service Manager acting as a liaison between clients and hotel staff to ensure exceptional servicing of events.
